Owner permissions

The owner can pause new entries, enable or disable games, configure future round prize terms and current entry limits, change the fee recipient and configure VRF request settings. Ownership transfers in two steps.

Current round prize terms are fixed at opening. Pause does not block withdrawals or refunds. There is no owner function to withdraw players' stakes or credited prizes.

On-chain safety rails & contract invariants

The smart contract enforces non-custodial invariants at the bytecode level: ReentrancyGuard on all state-changing withdrawals, pull-over-push prize accounting so a Reverting recipient can never block a draw, a 24-hour VRF oracle timeout that unlocks 100% player refunds if Chainlink does not respond, and an automatic 100% stake return whenever a round closes with only a single participant.

Why this winner?

Chainlink supplies verifiable randomness. The checker reads a completed round from the blockchain and recomputes its winning tickets. Returned rounds have no winner to verify.

No native token (USDT-only protocol)

DecentraLotto (decentralotto.io) operates exclusively on Arbitrum One using standard USDT (Tether) for all entries and payouts. We have never issued a native token, governance token, or presale, and we are completely unrelated to the 2021 BSC DELO token project.

Honest about the risks

You can lose your stake. Smart contracts, wallets, stablecoins, oracles and networks carry technical risks. Network fees are paid in ETH and are not refunded.

Participation is restricted to adults where online lotteries are legal. Eligibility and taxes depend on your jurisdiction.
