DecentraLotto is a provably fair crypto lottery on Arbitrum, built and run by a small independent team of blockchain developers.
What we built
Entries go to the smart contract; Chainlink VRF selects winners and the contract credits prizes. Winners withdraw with a separate transaction. The website does not hold private keys or funds.

The lottery contract runs on Arbitrum. Its address and source verification can be checked on the explorer; verification is not an independent audit.

What we can and cannot do
The owner can pause entries, configure future prize terms and current entry limits, change VRF request settings and the fee recipient. Current prize terms remain fixed. Pause does not block withdrawals or refunds; the fee is capped at 10%.
Honest about the risks
The contract has not had an independent audit. Smart contracts, wallets, stablecoins, oracles and networks can fail. Only stake what you can afford to lose.
Where you can play
Participation is only for adults where online lotteries are legal. DecentraLotto is not licensed as a gambling operator in any particular country. Check eligibility before entering.
No native token (USDT-only protocol)
DecentraLotto (decentralotto.io) operates exclusively on Arbitrum One using standard USDT (Tether) for all entries and payouts. We have never issued a native token, governance token, or presale, and we are completely unrelated to the 2021 BSC DELO token project.
